1:ORDERS
Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on the items. Most items are ready to ship within 3-5* working days. Delivery is usually within 2-3 weeks for UK and other European destinations but the delivery time will depend on the country of manufacture (UK or USA depending on the item, see individual listings) and the country of delivery. For details, see individual items. (*Excluding Pet Portraits). Shipping upgrades are available on request for a fee.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
2:PAYMENT
Secure Payment Methods: Check out securely online via Etsy. Etsy keeps your payment information secure and does not release your credit card information to the seller.

Commissioned Pet Portraits may be paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Cheques will not be accepted. Please use the contact form to request an invoice. The artist will not begin work until the payment has cleared.
3:RETURNS & EXCHANGES
IMPORTANT NOTE
For Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:
Buyers MUST contact BeeFoxTree for instructions before returning any item.
- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders, digital downloads, or items on sale.
4:PRIVACY POLICY
Your shipping, billing address, and contact information will only be used:
- To communicate with you about your order
- To fulfil your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

Danielle Sharp retains the copyright to all BeeFoxTree illustrations and products, including commissioned pet / animal illustrations.
Designs / illustrations are supplied for personal use only and may NOT be used for commercial / monitory gain, or shared without prior consent from the artist. Commissioned portraits will not be resold but may be used by BeeFoxTree for promotional material.

Any photographs you provide for your pet portrait must be your own, or supplied to me with permission from the photographer / copyright owner. Submission of the photographs is confirmation that permission has been obtained for me to use the photographs to create custom artwork and display that artwork for promotional materials.
